For nearly 15 years, Gal Nadir has held senior positions with the real estate platforms of leading global financial institutions, including Compass Partners in London, as Global Head of Real Estate & Managing Director, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Groups in London and NY, and Lazard Frères’ Real Estate Group.

Prior to Zenith, Gal was a Managing Partner at AXIA Real Estate Capital and formerly, he was Global Head of Real Estate Investments at Clal Insurance, one of Israel's largest insurance & pension companies, where he was overseeing the firm’s acquisition and asset management effort, including of its UK portfolio. Gal was also a member of the Investment Committee and Advisory board of Skyline AI, a PropTech company focusing on technology driven real estate acquisitions. Skyline was sold to JLL in 2021.

Throughout his career, he was involved in real estate transactions amounting to over $5bn (£3.5bn) and developed a broad network of relationships within the UK real estate sector.

Gal holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a Master of Law (LLM) from Tel Aviv University and a joint undergraduate degree in law (LLB) and accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University. He is a certified attorney-at-law.

Erez Karti is a seasoned real estate executive and investor with close to 20 years of experience in the industry.
Prior to co-founding Zenith, Erez served as CEO and Founding Partner of SG Nordic, a leading owner-operator of supermarket-anchored retail properties in Denmark. Under his leadership, SG Nordic grew its portfolio to €280 million in value and successfully exited to Cibus Nordic Real Estate in 2022. Erez has also led the research and setup of a last-mile logistics property technology venture, and served as Business Development Director for Gazit-Globe's European division.

Erez holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School and an MBA and Economics degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.

Assaf Topaz is a seasoned investor with an impressive track record spanning two decades. Assaf has served as Vice President for two companies within the prestigious IDB Group in Israel.
Assaf  assumed positions on numerous Boards of Directors. Among his notable directorship roles are  Cellcom (TASE:CEL), Israel's foremost mobile and telecommunications leader, as well as MotorK, Aternity Software and Atlantium.

For the past dozen years, Assaf has been investing his private capital in both public and private companies. During this period, his direct investment portfolio has yielded remarkable returns, marked by a series of successful exits.

Assaf holds a Masters in Management from Stanford University and Bachelors degree in  Economics and Geography from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
